On the page
A public page that is yours
Photo, bio, commission, service area, languages, hours, and prices — the page you share on a card or scan from a QR.
Credentials, labeled honestly
Self Reported, Document Verified, or Source Verified. A live registry check is Source Verified only when it confirmed the commission.
Contact the way you choose
Publish a phone number, an email, both, or neither. Every page still has a share URL and QR.
Listed where you work
State and city directories so people can find you without already having your card.
How it works
Step 1. Create your page
Register as a notary. You get a public URL at /n/{your-name}.
Step 2. Add your commission
Photo, biography, commissions, E&O if you carry it, counties, languages, and hours.
Step 3. Share the URL or QR
Print it, text it, put the QR on a card, or copy an email signature from your profile.
Step 4. Keep it current
Update credentials and hours from your workspace. Reviews appear when clients leave them.
Considering a commission?
StampSide does not commission notaries. Guides for every US state and D.C. link the official office, then a page you control after you are commissioned.
