Requirements

- Age
- At least 18 years of age.
- Language
- Able to read and write English.
- Character
- Good character and reputation. Felony convictions without restored rights, and crimes of dishonesty or moral turpitude, disqualify. A prior conviction requires a certified background check from that jurisdiction, dated within six months of their notice.
- Need
- Must have a reasonable need for a commission.
- Residency
- U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident, with a Delaware street address, or a Delaware office that can accept service of process on weekdays. Post office boxes and virtual offices do not qualify.
