How to get started

   Use the SOS notary forms and fees page

   Iowa links online filing and printable forms from sos.iowa.gov.

2. 02

   Renew through Fast Track Filing if you already hold a commission

   That path is named on the official about-notaries page.

   Register on StampSide

   After you use the Iowa Secretary of State site, create a public page: photo, where you work, and how clients reach you. You can appear in the Iowa directory. The page stays unpublished until a commission is on file.
