   Submit the appointment or reappointment online

   The Kentucky SOS notary index lists “Submit Notary Application for Appointment or Reappointment Online.” The catalogued homepage does not list age, exam, or bond.

   Read the remote / electronic registration if you need it

   The same index links information on remote notarial acts and registration for electronic records.

   Register on StampSide

   After you use the Kentucky Secretary of State site, create a public page: photo, where you work, and how clients reach you. You can appear in the Kentucky directory. The page stays unpublished until a commission is on file.
